Every part of MuscleBall — from training to team play to branding —

This isn’t a sport you only watch — it’s one you feel in every training, run, and round.
The game is played in 3 main compontents.
Pushing Duel
In the pushing duel your strength is put to the test and you try to push your opponent over the line.
Climbing Component
In the climbing section you climb (with the help of your teammates) over the jumping box to get the ball.
Playing Component
In the playing part, the aim is to score with the muscleball (a small bouncing ball) in your opponent’s goal.
The MuscleBall Field
The MuscleBall field spans 20meters by 40 meters, making it 800m2 in total.
